The International Journal of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning ( IJCELL ) has been published by The Centre for Research in Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning (CELL Research Centre), of the School of Professional and Continuing Education of The University of Hong Kong. IJCELL is published twice a year in November and May. The inaugural issue of IJCELL was published in early November, 2008.
